UN Forces Variable Bomber Pilot OCC

Variable Bomber Pilots of the UN Armed Forces are often an overlooked group, most of the glory going to the VF pilots flying at breakneck speeds in an combat. The VB Pilot should not be overlooked however as the crft they fly are often more deadly than the famed Variable Fighters, porting more armour and firepower in most cases. Anyone can apply to become a Variable Bomber Pilot, competition is hot, even if not as hot as for VF places in the Academy. Applicants must be 16 or over and under go 3 years of Flight School and training in every elemnt of flying and fighting in these faster than sound state of the art transformable Fighters. Pilots have been known to graduate within 2 years, however these pilots are usually noticed early on in training as being gifted pilots and are transferred to VF training, unless they specifically request to remain in Variable Bomber training these pilots are then given priority places flying the VB-6 Konigs Monster. One Bomber that all VB pilots are trained to fly is the SB-10 Starwing Space Bomber, a non-transformable trans-atmospheric bomber. The average age of the pilots is 19, however those pilots who are smart enough to graduate in 2 years could possibly be as young as 18.

Pre-requisite Requirements
IQ10, ME9, PE9, PS8, PP10 required as minimum, higher preferred.
3 years training. Unless PP16+ then 2 years training time.

Wages, Rank & Experience
UN Variable Bomber Pilots starting wage is 2000 credits per month, with a starting rank of 2nd Lieutenant. The VB Pilot uses the Variable Fighter Pilot Experience Table for Experience Levels.
