The Space Fleet of the UN Spacy of the United Earth Governments UN Armed Forces is the most devastating Military Force that the human race has ever seen, (with the exception of the Zentraedi Space Fleets.) Below are written the Main Space Vessels of the UN Spacy and the Fleets that they come under.
Almost all of the stats for these vessels can be reached from the links below or from the Spaceship Stats page of my site which can be found HERE. Estimate figures have been assigned to specific UN Spacy Fleet branches and Fleets. A large number of ships will be in reserve either undergoing refurbishment, or used for training purposes. Spare craft will commonly be assigned to the Earth Defence Force or Galaxy Patrols as needed. It is quite common for any nations navy, (sea or space,) to have a large number of ships not specifically assigned. Ships rostered out of duty to allow crew to have shore leave is also another reason.

Each Ship is classified by a designation code. The number is individual but the preceeding letters designate the ships general type. CV,(Carrier Vessel,) is used before the ID number of Uraga Class Vessels.
Guantanamo Class Vessels start with CV as well. For example a Guantanamo Class Stealth Carrier called the Glory would be CV-158 Glory.
Haruna Class Vessels have a designation of CG. For example the UNS Hornblower, a Haruna Class Stealth Cruiser would be CG-238.
Bolognese Class Frigate's are designated by FFG. For example the a Bolognese Class Stealth Frigate might be the FFG-406 Sunblazer.
Sentinel Class Vessels are designated by VC,(Variable Carrier.) There are only 15 of this Class of Vessel in the UN Spacy Fleet at the moment, all of which are on special assignments, either with a Special Forces Fleet or with UN Spacy Fleet Intelligence.
New Macross Class Battle Carriers are classified by SDAC,(Super Dimensional Aircraft Carrier.) However this classification only applies if it is not attached to a New Macross Class City Block, and is totally independant such as those New Macross Class Vessels in the Galaxy Patrol and the Earth Defence Force.
Zentraedi Vessels have the designations of ZV,(Zentraedi Vessel.)
Beginhill Class Training Vessels are designated with TS,(Training Ship.)
Numbering is by Class. So all CV and VC designation ships follow a continually increasing number system. Within this system numbers 1 to 399 would be Guantanamo Class Carriers, however 400 to 565 could be either a Guantanamo, Uraga or Sentinel Class Carrier. Frigates and Cruisers are independant of each other and the Carriers in their numbering systems so it is perfectly normal to see CV-101, FFG-101, and CG-101 within the Fleet. However you would not see CV-101 and VC-101, as they are both of the same numbering system. This is because UN Spacy warships follow a numbering system similar to that of the US Navy of pre-Space War 1 Earth.

The largest vessel, i.e the Uraga Class Escort Battle Carrier will act as the Flagship of the Fleet. The largest massed Fleets of the UN Spacy are led by New Macross Class Battle Carriers minus the City Block section.
The Earth Defence Force The Earth is protected from attack by over 2,000 UN Spacy Space Vessels of various designs, including several New Macross Class Battle Carriers, (the Battle Section of a New Macross Class Colony Ship.) These 2,000+ Space Vessels are assisted in their defence of the Earth by 3000 Un-manned Defence Satellites.
The ever vigilant crews of these Vessels protect the Earth from the enemies of the human race. The Earth Defence Force must keep a watch for rogue Zentraedi out looking for a fight, or Anti-UN Rebels and their Renegade Power Armour.

The Earth is completely surrounded by the un-manned defence satellites which add to the already immense defensive firepower of the massed UN Spacy Earth Defence Force Fleet.
The Galaxy Patrol It is the responsibility of the Galaxy Patrol to patrol the human occupied sectors of space. Protecting the space around the Sol System,(Earths Solar System,) and Earth's Colony worlds. It is also charged with the responsibility of locating and neutralising rogue Zentraedi and Anti-UN Rebel threats.
For some time now the 30 Fleets, (estimated,) of the Galaxy Patrol have been trying to locate the whereabouts of the Anti-UN Rebels Renegade Power Armour manufacturing is being manufactured.

The Outer Space Special Science Force This division of the UN Spacy Fleet is assigned to Alien races and their civilisations. Primarily the worlds once inhabited by the Protocultures, the race of beings that created the Zentraedi, constructed the ASS-01/SDF-01, and genetically altered the human race so as to make us a sub-race of themselves.
It is the hope of the Outer Space Special Science Force that they find living protocultures or their technology.

Colonisation Fleets September 2011 saw the beginning of a draft for humankinds first off Emigration projects outside of the Sol System. Firstly a close range colonisation project to solve the problems of the immense population explosion on Earth. Secondly a long distance colonisation project to ensure the survival of the human race.
The Megaroad-01,(formerly the SDF-02 Megaroad,) was the Earth's first long distance Colonisation Vessel. The Megaroad-01 launched from Earth during the september of 2012. The first habitable world found and colonised was 11.7 lightyears away from Earth in the Groombridge system. This planet was named Eden.
Between 2012 and 2045 one or two Colony fleets per year have left Earth. Almost 50 Colony Fleets have left Earth since 2012. The Megaroad Colony Ships carried 80,000 colonists, whereas the New Macross Class Colony Ships carry just over quarter of a million colonists. Each Colony Fleet is fully self sufficient for upto 30 years and is protected by UN Spacy Space Naval Vessels.

Fleet Support The Vessels of the UN Spacy Space Fleet are constructed at two construction sites. Both are in the Sol System. The first is the Factory satellite and its surrounding Space Docks,(orbiting the Earth in its L5 position,) captured from the Zentraedi just after Space War I. The second site is the Apollo Lunar Base.
Every UN Spacy Base is capable of refueling and re-arming Valkyries however the UN Spacy Fleets have only the Factory Satellite, Apollo Lunar Base, Colony Resupply and repair bases as well as their orbiting installations to rely on for large Warship repairs.
